Responsibilities

  • Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts

  • Maintain regulatory and statutory compliance for the Cost Estimating Business System in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements and coordinating with other corporate divisions and business partners on common cost estimating and pricing issues and policies
  • Training and development responsibilities for a staff of approximately 100 full-time costs analysis and estimating professionals
  • Talent pipeline development activities and including the Cost Estimating Apprentice curriculum
