Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor/strategic partner to the Chief Air Officer by interacting with other leaders within the company to identify, advance and resolve emerging issues in anticipation of any business challenges.
  • Prepare or lead the preparation of documents, presentations and other deliverables for meetings, discussions, and decision points in line with the leader’s style and vision.
  • Support the SVP by serving as a liaison for the entire organization in leading meetings, coordinating event agendas, ensuring consistent follow-up, and supporting efforts to help strategic ideas take root.
  • Build and complete the Air Ops strategy to forward enterprise needs.
  • Enable integration across the organization to identify issues that serve as barriers to the department operating at maximum efficiency.
