Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es) and through team member(s) for all businesses.
  • Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.
  • Maintain collaborative and strong connection with Compensation COE to ensure business needs are considered in development or changes to programs.
  • Lead business compensation partners, creating clear expectations and setting the bar for what great looks like in this role.
