 The Role
 The Global Rewards Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing our compensation strategy to attract, retain and motivate talent. We are seeking a Compensation professional with results-driven program management leadership to oversee and drive strategic initiatives across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs, aligning teams to ensure successful project delivery, and driving the company’s business objectives forward.
 
 Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Compensation programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.</li>
 <li>Develop, implement, and oversee program management frameworks, best practices, and performance metrics.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and operations, to drive program success.</li>
 <li>Manage program risks and issues, proactively identifying challenges and developing mitigation strategies.</li>
 <li>Report on program performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to influence business decisions.</li>
 <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>

 Qualifications:

 <li>Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 10+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.</li>

 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
 
 For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
