Responsibilities

  • Lead region’s annual budgeting process through collaboration with all divisions, business units and corporate departments.
  • Build and refine driver-based financial models to support planning, scenario and decision-making.
  • Oversee the monthly forecasting process and effectively communicate to senior leadership the key reasons for changes vs budget / previous forecasts.
  • Oversee the monthly business review process and provide strategic insights to the operational leadership teams.
  • Leverage organizational reporting tools (budgeting software, CRM, etc.) to provide weekly performance updates on metrics that are leading indicators for the business.
  • Manage creation and distribution of managerial reporting packages that enable Encore’s leadership team to monitor and drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor company performance and highlight key insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing) to provide financial support, assess business performance, and advise on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on labor management, discount management, capital expenditure and sub-rental management.
  • Support Executive Team with ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, providing guidance and career development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Drive improvements in financial planning processes and systems, ensuring tools are scalable and support growth.
