Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep, influential relationships with senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong business and analytical acumen, root-causing issues, and matching people strategies to business strategies.
  • Support effective change management including a focus on effective communication and engagement at all levels.
  • Lead talent management efforts including performance management, compensation planning, high performer recognition, and succession planning.
  • Ensure effective partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for timely delivery of services and support to client groups and collaborate with peers to drive a “one HR” experience for internal clients.
  • Foster a climate of inclusion, integrating diverse thoughts to develop plans and solutions suited to evolving circumstances.
  • Work with clients to define talent management needs, designing and implementing actions that will contribute to long-term success and are connected to company-wide people initiatives.
