Responsibilities

  • Carry out leadership responsibilities in an ethical manner in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Lead and achieve growth targets for heat pumps and refrigeration units for district heating, industrial process heating, and industrial refrigeration applications in Europe.
  • Partner with management at key accounts to build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead dynamic sales team, including organization structure, development, and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to ensure sales team is prepared both technically and commercially to sell products and services.
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen existing customer base, capitalize on changing markets, and grow non-traditional markets.
  • Maintain up-to-date forecast and funnel for bi-weekly sales staff meeting, demand planning, annual budget planning, and other strategic meetings.
  • Ensure a collaborative culture that empowers strong performance and elevates the customer experience.
  • Strong proponent of cross-functional partnership to advance product portfolio and service capabilities.
  • Regular travel required; up to 50%.
