  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for all labor relations matters in the United States, including first chair in some labor negotiations, union organizing drives, union campaigns, petitions, collective bargaining, decertification, labor arbitration and administrative charges. You will also monitor the employee climate to identify workforce opportunities and trends and recommend proactive solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing labor relations strategies and programs that support Wabtec’s business objectives. You will work in conjunction with the HR team on the development, administration, interpretation and application of labor and employment policies and programs. You will also have the opportunity to conduct due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions as well as supporting integration processes. This role will also prepare materials for and conduct training for management and other stakeholders on labor relations topics.
