Responsibilities

  • Ongoing hiring, mentoring, and development of BDRs (Business Development Representatives) include recruiting, hiring, and training new members. You will lead and develop Wellhub’s most promising talent pool for the coming years.
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
  • Responsible for outbound campaigns strategy partnering with Growth Marketing
  • Lead a team of 6-10 BDRs, conducting continuous training and coaching to reach sales KPIs and goals.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, the conversation of sales accepted opportunities, and playbook effectiveness
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with various levels of leadership within the sales structure of the organization (sales, pre-sales, account management, Growth Marketing, and events, among others).
