Responsibilities

  • Lead best practice behaviours within Marketing on Project Management methodology and behaviours
  • Track and report status and progress of all streams of work, highlighting where required, risk/issues to governance groups or team members
  • Work in partnerships with the sr director of S&O to ensure resources are allocated to the right work and Marketing priorities
  • Responsible for executing the strategic marketing program portfolio (to drive synergies in the company) together with the CMO and the Marketing Leadership Team
  • Leading large and complex cross departmental programs within Booking.com (of strategic importance to the company)
  • Lead in actively display, advocate and develop the leadership principles and behaviors across Booking.com, both internal and external
  • Support Channel VPs in their roles via the Marketing Channel PMO team. Identify and implement best practices and drive efficiency
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting status and progress of all Privacy related DMA/DSA streams of work in collaboration with cross company Functions including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Risk Officer and CTO
  • Accountable for the Marketing progress against the company channel diversification
  • Leading the Marketing GenAI workstream in collaboration with MLT, Central Strategy, Chief Data Officer, CTO and Senior Director of Marketing Tech
