  • 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial planning, commercial execution, trade marketing, with strong skills in commercial and channel strategy, RGM, digital, value to market, innovation and portfolio strategy
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to think from planning to execution, with experience in system commercial and trade marketing management

  • The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with senior leaders and operators in the Operating Unit C&CL team as well Marketing/Business Operations/Strategy/Platform Services as well as our Bottling Partners.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading project alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU strategies are fully owned by the franchise teams.

  • Internal: Co-creation of strategies with all functions in OU & Global teams. Communicate progress to senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of fully integrated Commercial strategies and programs that are designed in a customer-back and consumer-centric way with a focus on Coke TM, in partnership with system cross functional stakeholders including category, channel and RGM, local market and Bottler counterparts.
  • Utilise all relevant consumer, shopper, channel, and customer insights to feed the development of the commercial and marketing strategic plans to create impact in the market.
  • Optimize our system execution across channels in close collaboration with Channel Strategy, RGM, Franchise Operations, Frontline Commercial and Marketing teams and our Bottlers, based on superior understanding of execution levers, identifying execution opportunity areas and how to achieve desired outcomes (e.g. availability, number and type of adjacencies, rate of sale, equipment placement).
  • Responsible for delivering strong marketing programs that are customer-relevant and will accelerate incidence and revenue growth by driving purchase intent. In partnership with Channel Strategy, Category, IMX, RGM and local markets, develop E2E activation plans for the brands and deliver compelling ‘customer selling stories’ that will help sales teams successfully sell these initiatives to customers.
  • Define key execution and performance metrics, with a focus on initiatives tracking and expansion to achieve scale and to understand optimization potential for our PicOS per channel – taking data and insight to amplify execution at a local market level by leveraging metrics to drive Commercial and Customer Planning at scale, initiating the right interventions, while ensuring metrics-driven communication in all key system routines
  • Scope: This role is part of the Customer & Commercial Leadership team in Europe OU, with a networking approach to cross functional partnership. Primary focus is on Coke TM category, as well as key commercial initiatives.
