  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive payment network for our co-pay solutions along with creating a support model that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances overall business and financial performance.
  • Technology Oversight: Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the relevant infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processing, co-pay and cash management solutions, including fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and data security.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment processing and network efficiency; use data to drive improvements and optimize operations. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
