Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that enhances PVH’s reputation as a great place to work, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and improve our ability to source, identify, and select early career talent.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders across PVH advising on scalable early career attraction and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and deliver against a comprehensive go-to-market early careers strategy to meet the demands of business teams to ensure the most critical business demand needs are mapped appropriately to early career talent pipelines.
  • Develop headcount, budget guidance and communications to the business leads.
  • Manage a significant budget based on the defined strategy and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to improve impact and return on investment.
  • Assess and analyze current recruitment practices and trends to find opportunities for improvement with a focus on long-term talent attraction.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with academic institutions to cultivate a pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and career services to organize recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Design and implement targeted diversity recruitment strategies to attract, develop, and support students and recent graduates from underrepresented backgrounds through intentional diverse partnerships.
  • Improve PVH’s employer brand on campuses by crafting engaging marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
  • Represent PVH at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote job opportunities and connect potential candidates.
