  • handling of all mail received thru client emailboxes, fax or portal
  • Opening & scanning of any mail received thru post
  • Receiving and respond to incoming emails
  • Corresponding with claimants and estates (including telephone conversations)
  • Liaising with the Creditors (Banks)
  • Insuring all couriers ready to go at appropriate time.
