Responsibilities

  • Defining together with the distributors the core product portfolio and major KPIs of the business
  • Lead annual Business Planning process and establish logical and stakeholder-agreed volumes, profitability, customer satisfaction parameters
  • Work in close collaboration with key internal business partners such as Product, Planning, Finance, Customer Experience, Legal, Marketing & PR, Aftersales, among few others
  • Working closely with the sales support function, manage the entire finance process including market interface and special requests
  • Maximize net profit delivery by effectively managing the financial conditions offered to distributors, specification and model mix, and distributors′ bonus scheme
  • Pro-active problem anticipation and effective resolution
  • Communicate with distributors to ensure that their current / future needs are addressed
