Responsibilities

  • Review loan documentation and verify new loan information on the system for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures, refer major loan violations to the supervisor for review
  • Identify and issue exceptions for errors in calculations, missing documentation, and/or documents needing correction.
  • Ensure accuracy of contract figures, disclosures, signatures and documentation for loan type
  • Review insurance applications and health questions; verify eligibility for coverage, identify and write exceptions for errors in calculations and/or missing documentation
  • Enter new/updated data for renewals and modifications directly into the core system
  • Process cross-applications in the core system to move funds/fees to the appropriate general ledger during the onboarding process
  • Process maintenance items submitted from Loan Ops internally or from other departments
  • Review general ledger outages and process the proper cross-applications and/or maintenance to clear
  • Review and verify auto transfer forms to the system to ensure accuracy
  • Configure documents to be accessible in computer programs utilized by the Department
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with, all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely fashion
  • Provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Loan Operations Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals
