What is the required educational background for this position?
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Engineering is required, and additional professional certifications in industrial education & training would be an asset.
What is the expected experience level for candidates applying for this role?
Candidates are required to have at least 3-4 years of experience in Education and Training, along with experience in Operational Excellence.
What tools and software should candidates be familiar with?
Candidates should have good knowledge of MS Office (Access, Advanced Excel / Macro), SAP, BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Power Apps is preferred.
Is there a specific work schedule for this position?
The work schedule is regular working hours from Monday through Friday, with flexibility to go off shift when required.
