Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies in partnership with a team of cross functional partners. Proactively monitor brand performance along with key competitors across the market. Build a pipeline of consumer first and customer centric innovation. Lead development of innovation and renovation alongside cross functional teams.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cross-functional Leadership. Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal (sales, R&amp;amp;D, operations etc.) and external (agency, packaging designs/suppliers, etc.) partners.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Budget Ownership.
