Responsibilities

  • Contribution to the coverage of large international and mid-sized corporates, follow-up of business opportunities, strategic Business business reviews and preparation of budgets
  • Coordination with local coverage bankers around the world within the BNP Paribas network
  • Preparation of and contribution to client meetings and calls with product specialists (Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Cash Management, Global Trade Solutions, etc.)
  • Ensuring the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool, implementation of CAP together with businesslines
  • Main responsibility for credit analysis of prospects & clients, preparation of credit papers as basis for credit decisions
  • Monitoring of credit risk for an existing client portfolio
  • Structuring and documentation of plain vanilla loan transactions
  • Responsible for deal implementation & follow up of its life cycle
  • Coordination of regulatory / KYC onboardings or recertifications with regards to regulatory / KYC compliance
  • Ensuring consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas ESG / CSR policies and procedures
