Responsibilities

  • Promotes Eaton’s Zero Safety Culture and leads specific programs including inspections to improve the overall EHS culture within installation & commissioning projects
  • Standardize and improve installation and commissioning EHS processes to reduce risks and further protect our FSE’s in the field
  • Manage capability planning for FSEs & Site managers and ensure smooth execution in the countries, by utilizing the large projects pipeline and projects man-planner
  • Develop our FSE & site management project execution capacity across EMEA, early identification of site management resource needs in emerging countries
  • Responsible for ensuring full utilization of central FSE & site management resources and being a stakeholder in sub-contractor supplier selection to best effect in achieving on time and to cost completion
  • Report overall performance KPI's during the installation & commissioning phase of the project and develops as well as implements corrective actions & recovery plans as required
  • Develop standard service processes customized to key account customer requirements, expectation and being the central repository of know-how
  • Support continuous improvement processes. postmortem analysis in terms of service margin, quality and related process improvements activities
  • Oversee crisis & escalations, acting as a single point of contact/subject matter expert providing support to engineers, site managers and customers alike.
