What are the primary responsibilities of the Employee Relations Officer?
The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for providing support in areas such as progressive discipline, employee absence management, medical leaves, employee support programs, conflict resolution, employee development, coaching, training, and performing employee relations training.
What qualifications are preferred for this position?
A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with Human Resources certification (PHR, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) and experience in a human resources setting such as employee relations, generalist, business partner, recruiting, or HR operations are preferred.
