What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be experienced qualified lawyers, such as solicitors, CILEx Chartered Legal Executive Litigators and Advocates, or Barristers, specializing in employment law.
Where will the job initially be based?
The role will initially be based at Companies House, Cardiff.
Is experience in Respondent litigation necessary?
Experience in Respondent litigation is preferred; however, candidates with a good knowledge and experience of employment matters will also be considered.
Are there any language requirements for this position?
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but both Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
