Responsibilities

  • Support to our energy bureau team, working on our energy, utilities & sustainability management platform through:
  • Onboarding of new properties to our portfolio;
  • Management of utility supply accounts;
  • Collection & verification of historic data;
  • Maintain all data in relation to energy, water & waste;
  • Assisting in implementation of a utility contract management system;
  • Performing utility consumption and trends analytics;
  • Review & analyse consumption patterns;
  • Verify data accuracy;
  • Compile reports on consumption at tenancy, property & portfolio level;
  • Creation of annual utility budgets;
  • Address & manage any utility budget queries from budget owners;
  • Build effective relationships externally with clients, utility companies & internally with other Savills teams;
  • Managing ESG data in line with client's requirements.
