Responsibilities

  • Closely follow project development, updating the internal platform on a frequent basis.
  • Create reports and presentations to show program progress using the dashboard.
  • Analyze risk exposure and mitigation trends. Escalate project risks /problems when needed.
  • Manage program level action log. Assigning deadlines and following up with actions owners on deliverables and completion status.
  • Support IoT and hardware integrations across projects to ensure proper data mapping for new and existing vessels throughout the fleet.
  • Support the implementation of the PMO Project Management strategy. Proactively support strategic PMO initiatives to improve the PMO organization, processes and tools.
  • Update and manage the team’s SharePoint site by creating a road map.
  • Effectively manage timely communication and interactions with key program stakeholders.
