Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production tasks, such as campaign creation, list segmentation, QA, and deployment
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to operationalize both ad hoc and automated campaign requests inclusive of email, SMS and push notifications
  • Partner with the Global Customer Marketing Lead to localize lifecycle emails into regional languages
  • Monitor campaign automation process to identify areas for optimization and improvement
