Responsibilities

  • Partnering on Integrations strategy and way forward with business, tech and product for Insurance
  • Leading end to end parallel running integration projects with weightage to efficiency, quality and optimization metrics.
  • Close coordination and stakeholder management with external providers - ability to influence and align with peer group internally and externally
  • Develop and set in right processes, SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, productivity metrics for integrations org. Figure out and lead optimization opportunities to run a cost effective and agile service provider org that caters to the top line of Insurance business and can pivot flexibly with the evolving Integrations strategy
  • Bring in high level of expertise from ops excellence standpoint - experience with running large ops heavy charters in companies
  • Build the right Integrations team - figuring out the right team composition, right structure and org design, right employment models, right servicing models, and right cost decisions for the org
  • Insurance industry understanding and expertise along with tech excellence thought process to work towards long term efficiency building in the Integrations org
