Responsibilities

  • Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM).
  • Support R&D module owner in “Off & On Tool” Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification;
  • Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool);
  • Support R&D development (C&F) activities.
  • Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application);
  • Provide risk assessment.
  • Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).
  • Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration.
  • Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.
  • High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise.

  • Help an Engineering owner to document PTP and risk assessment of a change including simple procedure.
  • Review and approve an MOC for the tools under His/ Her ownership.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience(Lab Techs); may lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

  • Escalate an issue to Engineering team if it requires an expert support.
  • Enable Lab Tech to report an NC in Pivot and follow up on any solution.
  • Keep track of all the incoming and outgoing parts for a tool/ chamber (PCT).
  • Plan any facility changes for a tool or troubleshoot a facility issue working with SET team.
  • Install a SW delivered by CSS team to be tested on a tool and keep record of all the SW changes.
  • Maintain the required calibration and maintenance tools required for the tool set.
  • Escalate and follow up on GSR, PASR needs to facilities team.
