  • In the event of receiving any communication regarding a Product Complaint, notify the pharmacovigilance department via email within one business day or three calendar days, whichever is shorter. Cooperate fully and provide necessary information for any investigations.
  • Collaborate with KAM to install new equipment effectively.
  • Plan installations, including necessary materials and consumables.
  • Oversee the complete installation process, culminating in the first vaccination on-site.
  • Provide training on equipment installation to vaccination teams.
  • Conduct follow-up training as required.
  • Compile and distribute service and breakdown reports within 48 hours.
  • Maintain equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Check spare parts with clients and provide feedback to KAM regarding needs.
