Responsibilities

  • Orchestrer l’ensemble de la relation clients
  • Management d’une équipe de 7 personnes en charge du Conseil et de l’Achat
  • Prise des briefs clients
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques clients en relation étroite avec les clients NBCUniversal (sorties cinéma, VOD, chaines)
  • Participation aux brainstormings avec l’équipe sur l’ensemble des sorties de film
  • Mise en place et pilotage des innovations media en relation étroite avec le client
  • Pilotage des projets datas et des mesures transverses
  • Mise en place de stratégie annuelle et de learning agendas pour le marché français, en collaboration avec l’équipe international (lead & reporting)
  • Bonne connaissance de l’achat digital, des plateformes (Réseaux sociaux, display, programmatique, VOL) et des solutions de tracking, connaissance également de l’achat et conseil en TV et Affichage
  • Pilotage des accords annuels
  • Négociation et achat
  • Partie prenante sur toutes les actions de développement du business (diversification offre WPP/GroupM) et a la responsabilité de la satisfaction client
  • Pilote les enjeux clients et applique les conditions contractuelles
  • Promeut l'agence au travers de ses prises de parole et de ses actions
