Responsibilities

  • Conserve executive's time by reading and routing email and instant messages, initiating meetings, and if applicable, drafting letters and documents
  • Ensure the Senior VP Engineering and the General Manager DACH are prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by ensuring appropriate documents are circulated in advance
  • Make yourself a name as a wizard of time management as you coordinate all meetings to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization of time, including daily management of 1:1s, team meetings, offsite meetings, customer/partner/investor/media/analyst meetings across global time zones
  • Support their communications with follow ups on discussions, decisions and tasks after 1:1s, meetings and workshops
  • Going up and above to organize travel plans as productive, effective and efficient as possible
  • Manage travel requirements ensuring appropriate documents are arranged
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing communication on behalf of the executives
  • Effectively interfacing with customers, partners, and team members on their behalf
  • Coordinate with other departments to execute team events, social gatherings, recognition gestures, and team, department and company offsites
  • Act as a culture shaper and play a community builder and host role within our Chemnitz HQ, taking care of arranging and hosting various onsite experiences and meetings involving internal team members and external guests
