Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for Human Resources department and CHRO, acting as a resource for employees and helping them figure out who to contact about various issues/questions
  • Provide support to the CHRO in matters including calendar maintenance, expense reports, contract review, invoices, travel schedules, and document management
  • Attend meetings with CHRO, when appropriate, and take notes for follow-up and/or circulation
  • Manage action items for CHRO and assist with tracking priorities for HR department to ensure cohesion across sub-teams
  • Manage HR department calendar and team meetings; take minutes and circulate notes to team
  • Draft communications and/or other documents for CHRO such as status updates on projects or meeting minutes
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication from/to the office of the CHRO with leaders and staff across the organization; build important internal and external relationships important to facilitate departmental success
  • Provide project support as requested, including researching vendors and making recommendations
  • Assist Talent Assistant with greeting candidates for interviews when they are unavailable
  • Support HR team with coverage for in-person events or other all-hands-on-deck situations
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required
