Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm markets
  • Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer's business, industry, strategic direction & competitors
  • Develop strategic, value-added partnership with the customer by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues and solutions
  • Build understanding of full WC's capabilities and service/product offerings in the customer arena
  • Deal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows & seminars
  • Identify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s)
  • Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s)
  • Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customer
  • Deliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact, complex and strategic
  • Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Identify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigate
  • Lead and drive the development of new accounts
