  • Participate in Proficiency testing
  • Ensure Hygiene & GMP standard in all the stores- Warehouses;
  • Monitoring of the hygiene of all the stores
  • Ensure expired/rejected items are being stored separately
  • Ensure stocks are having all the information, properly labelled.
  • Preparation of RM, PM And FG Specifications
  • Manage Supplier related Documentation & Approved vendor List
  • Lead Pest control Management at Site and related compliance
  • Assist in developing HACCP plans.
  • Assisting in Hazard Analysis of RM and PM
  • Performing vulnerability assessment
  • Create awareness among workers w.r.t Allergens, FEFO/FIFO
  • Provide individual or group training to production employees on Allergen Handling, FEFO/FIFO compliance, Ensure that all personnel of Stores are trained on GMP for warehouses & comply to Hygiene & GMP
  • Stock rotation- Shelf life expiry reporting
  • To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan
