Responsibilities

  • Execute on all phases of the design process, from researching and prioritising user needs to wireframing concepts and mockups, to testing and iterating solutions
  • Have direct contact with customers, internal stakeholders and end users on co-creation projects, facilitating workshops and design sessions/reviews
  • Produce appropriate UX artefacts in formats that work for the project, e.g. sketches, storyboards, task flows, wireframes, prototypes etc. and that meet quality and accessibility standards
  • Work across both digital and physical mediums and create seamless journeys between the two
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Best Buy Health, e.g. Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation etc. and multiple time zones
