Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate Facility and Maintenance planned activities (ordinary and extraordinary) for all the countries of the cluster.
  • Be responsible for coordinating remedial work for store emergencies and ensuring the vendors have a solid plan of action when addressing issues and are following Tiffany & Co standards.
  • Communicate to the stakeholders and provide updates as needed to ensure that the issues are corrected and work orders are closed in a timely manner. Visit all retail facilities as needed and partner with Retail Excellence Managers to complete quarterly site audits detailing store conditions along with supporting documentation and work orders.
  • Be the first contact with the stores and headquarter’s staff or any issues in the cluster related to facility and maintenance.
  • Periodic site inspections to ensure the highest standard aspects and to check execution of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities.
  • Coordinates contractors, suppliers, and any other stakeholders to supervise the progress of work.
  • Check the adequacy of sites about health and safety in coordination with RSPP/HSE.
  • Manage procurement and orders for all material and service needed.
  • Archive documentations in line with the local regulations.
  • Organize tendering process to support Finance and Retail Operations to evaluate and select the best contractors.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations and Store planning for new opening according to store network development, including site surveys, selection of contractors, organizing all the necessary activities and project management.
  • Support in Budget estimation and cost control for ordinary and extraordinary activities (purchase order management, collaboration with accounting department and contractor for documentation and payments issues…).
