Responsibilities

  • Lead the Field Service team in the flawless execution of service delivery for our customers.
  • Maintain & ensure process & procedure compliance within the Field Service team.
  • Develop and oversee execution plans for field service projects, ensuring that resources, schedules, and logistics align with regional and global business objectives.
  • Developing and implement competency frameworks and training programs to ensure field personnel meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct competency assessments and training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including classroom and field-based training, to enhance field personnel technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to drive continuous learning and improvement.
