Responsibilities

  • Finance Center of Excellence Accountants monitor end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) performance process for small, medium & larger countries.
  • Based on the strategic and tactical priorities for PtP, the COE PTP Accountant leads projects and drives which enhance the PtP process overall.
  • In addition to regular partnering with regional business stakeholders on PtP-related process and system issues, advises all parties – business stakeholders, shared services, and FedEx suppliers – on solutions to complex PtP challenges while also helping to deploy specific solutions and improvements.
  • Finally, COE PTP Accountants leverage their proximity to business stakeholders and in-depth knowledge to lead complex, high-impact PtP projects including complex query handling (level 3) and business partnering for new requirements.
