Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall financial management of assigned projects, including grants to partners and partners’ reporting requirements.
  • Encode financial transactions (payments, receipts, cash, cheques, floats, etc.) and perform accompanying functions relative to the systems management.
  • Encode financial transactions such as partners’ monthly expenditure, grants and perform accompanying functions relative to the project financial management.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly expenditures and grants tracking sheet, perform analysis of budget vs variance and update the overall project budget.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of balance sheet accounts and transactions posted in the system. Perform account reconciliations and comply with specific procedures affecting the key performance indicators of the unit.
