  • Review financial documents, prepare invoices and vendor payment journals on Integra, and initiate payments via the bank website.
  • Ensure that the Bank and cash book is updated daily.
  • Prepare and check bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Control and monitor all transactions throughout the month to maintain an accurate ledger.
  • Extract detailed transactions and verify per account and financial dimensions.
  • Prepare monthly budget vs actuals.
  • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure no outstanding payables or receivables.
  • Keep track of facility rent, utilities, vendors, and partner payments on time.
  • Review all staff travel expense reports for inclusion in payroll.
  • Ensure all approved invoice journals are posted.
  • Process and post recurring charges (e.g., rent, prepaid insurance).
  • Assist the finance manager in preparing the Donor and internal financial reports of the projects.
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of the Office in collaboration with the direct project management.
  • Build and maintain electronic and hard files for all grants as per IRC practices, an electronic photo library, and all relevant internal and external program information. Ensure all grant files are organized and well managed for planning and preparation of Donor reports and project monitoring.
  • Promote team engagement and adherence to IRC values.
  • Promote and actively participate in initiatives and efforts to build team engagement, inclusion, and cohesion in IRC Italy.
  • Foster ongoing learning, honest dialogue, and reflection to strengthen safeguarding and promote IRC values and adherence to IRC policies.
