Responsibilities

  • Payment of invoices for GSD’s Property Management Division
  • Act as first point of contact for vendors making inquiries regarding payments or payment status
  • Help maintain and analyze PMD historical contract data
  • Recommend contract and budget actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
  • Use innovative ideas to create strategies for streamlining payment and Purchase Order processes
  • Assist with preparing the annual PMD Budget.
  • Assist with external and internal audits, assist in due diligence process, interface with the Strategic Procurement Division and other city departments
  • Maintain accurate list of PMD vendors and vendor contact information and vendor payments/invoices
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis as requested
  • Assist in other matters as requested by the Department Director
