Responsibilities

  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create asset reporting packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions.
  • May oversee rent-levels and occupancy figures by performing analysis of rent appropriateness to determine if“specials” or other perks are necessary to improve financial levels, acts as liaison between corporate and property management, oversees property expenses, and support real estate operators in making Client recommendations.
  • Take a lead role in preparing and delivering annual budgeting training program including rollout of training courses, communications, operations support by becoming the subject matter expert in budgeting software program (Vena) and property PMS systems including (but not limited to) Yardi and Onesight.
  • Prepares and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary.
  • Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-ups for audits.
  • Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
