Responsibilities

  • Creative Design & Execution:
  • Design high-quality and compelling performance and growth marketing assets across social ads, email, display, website, landing pages, and other touchpoints to attract, engage, and retain new subscribers.
  • Own the Growth Marketing design direction and output, synthesizing audience insights and current trends into creative strategies that deliver high-quality assets that convert audiences into subscribers.
  • Testing & Optimisation:
  • Test and optimise concepts to identify winning emotional triggers across different audiences and funnel stages, building authenticity, authority, and brand love.
  • Ideate, conceptualise, design, and execute creatives, including static, graphic, and motion assets across lo-fi, polished, and UGC deliverables.
  • Brand Identity & Collaboration:
  • Translate and reinforce brand identity, personality, and tone of voice into engaging and performance-driving marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Design, and Content teams to leverage insights and data-driven approaches to designing assets and campaigns that acquire, engage, and retain subscribers.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness:
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, injecting innovation and freshness into marketing collateral that breaks moulds and delivers industry-leading creative executions.
