  • - Healthcare stuff, especially around insurance billing, employer integrations, clinical workflows or coaching

  • - An interest in Data Engineering tools like DBT and Snowflake

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on projects end-to-end - from scoping features with product and design to shipping a finished feature into production
  • Write code across the entire stack (currently Ruby + Rails on the backend and Turbo on the frontend)
  • Have a mix of heads-down and pairing time, depending on the project and your energy levels
  • Curate a great codebase through architecture discussions, automated testing and code review
  • Bring a new perspective that helps our team continue to grow and improve
  • Create API integrations with major health insurance companies
  • You also may work on projects like overhauling the architecture for how we compare the different insurance benefits a member might have, and improving developer tooling to make our whole team more productive

The annual base salary range for this position is $135K to $160K for Colorado-based applicants and $145K to $170K for those in the New York City Metro area, along with stock options, 401k, and a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance.
