What technologies will I be working with?
You will primarily be working with Ruby on Rails, Turbo, Tailwind, ViewComponent, Stimulus, and some React. We also use TypeScript and JavaScript where appropriate.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
As a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Software Engineer, you will collaborate on projects end-to-end, write code across the entire stack, curate a great codebase, create API integrations, and help improve the architecture and developer tooling.

What are the compensation and benefits for this position?
The annual base salary range for this position is $135K to $160K for Colorado-based applicants and $145K to $170K for those in the New York City Metro area, along with stock options, 401k, and a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance.
What qualifications are necessary for this role?
You need to have professional experience developing software using Ruby on Rails, along with a passion for improving behavioral health care, collaboration skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
