Requirements

  • - Master’s degree in business engineering, business administration, supply chain management or comparable
  • - Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a focus on Process Management in Supply Chain
  • - Experienced in process management methodologies with strong overall knowledge on SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 and SAP PP, APO PP/DS / embedded PP/DS; SAP IBP as a plus, SAP BW & Power BI & Snowflake as a plus
  • - Very good communication skills, engaging and confident manner in dealing with stakeholders of (senior) management and on different hierarchy levels within the organization to manage interfaces actively and to reach consensus/decision on future operations processes
  • - Strong analytical skills, high IT affinity and team player approach, willingness to push for change and improvements
  • - Experience in aligning global central function requirements as well as operational/production plant requirements
  • - Fluent in German and English language

Responsibilities

  • Manage global process requirements and define future process target picture and goals for the process area Production Planning
  • Define and manage the functional roadmap with the objective of applying the process target picture and ensuring full transparency about projects and initiatives
  • Initiate, consult & lead strategic projects and initiatives by taking into account the functional process design principles
  • Drive process harmonization and increase share of process automation in your process area
  • Lead the global process workstream within S/4 Hana Program from process design to implementation
  • Drive continuous process optimization with a state-of-the-art process mining tool and further develop the process mining tool for your process area
  • Develop measurement methods, tools and KPIs to manage process performance
  • Develop and facilitate training of regional process experts as part of a train-the-trainer approach
  • Lead and develop regional process experts and ensure a culture of continuous improvement within organization by developing right skills and competence within the process area
  • You are responsible for the integration of the process with relevant interfaces and therefore also include coordination of relevant stakeholders such as other business process owners or stakeholders from other departments (especially industrial engineering and IT)
