  • Monitor and analyse cost structures to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Oversee the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify opportunities to enhance contract terms.
  • Track and record all non-adherence recovery elements.
