Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data product releases, ensuring their alignment with the organization's broader data strategy.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for the services around data products, enhancing user experience, operational efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Work closely with the Global Data Platform Owner to ensure that the data product services are fully aligned with the overall platform strategy and roadmap, enabling seamless integration, consistency, and scalability of services across the entire data ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with data owners, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize services that enable seamless access and use of data products.
  • Act as a key point of contact for data product owners regarding the service performance of data products.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of data product-related services, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Monitor service performance, identifying opportunities for improvements, and ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
  • Develop and implement tools and dashboards to monitor the usage, quality, and performance of services.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights into the effectiveness of services, identifying bottlenecks or issues.
  • Implement data quality and integrity checks for all data products serviced.
  • Ensure that all services comply with organizational governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
