Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Global Function leadership on strategic HR matters, ensuring a close partnership that aligns unit objectives with HR strategy
  • Shape and support strategic transformation processes, such as restructurings, M&A activities, and production relocations, while advancing the implementation of global HR initiatives in close collaboration with regional HR teams
  • In partnership with the Transformation Team and regional HR managers, contribute actively to the successful execution of our global HR transformation
  • Provide operational and strategic workforce planning support to the business unit, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to succession planning across all leadership levels
  • Collaborate closely with international executives, offering strategic HR consultation to secure the alignment and consistency of HR processes and strategies on a global scale
  • Develop and execute initiatives for talent identification, development, and retention, applying data-driven methods to support continuous workforce development
  • Drive global DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment that authentically reflects the company's values
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making in HR and business development
