Responsibilities

  • Research and develop categories of work (i.e., roles, jobs, responsibilities), function definitions and descriptions for use globally, to create standardization that ensure alignment with industry standards, market trends, regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Serve as an internal consultant, collaborating with HR and business unit leadership to ensure content developed is accurate, supported with data, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational needs
  • Interpret client requirements and organizational needs to advise on and deliver high quality, data-driven, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Evaluate, design, enhance, and develop processes, procedures and solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, and improve risk management
  • Contribute to strategy, planning and implementation for global initiatives
  • Plan, implement, and manage proposed projects in accordance with program roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery against milestones
  • Monitor and report on project status
  • Facilitate senior executive decision-making processes
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and driving consensus
