Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and enhances employee engagement across all levels and locations.
  • Partner closely with C-suite officers to develop and disseminate key messages, ensuring they are aligned with organizational objectives and promote transparency.
  • Organize and manage Townhall meetings and other company-wide events to foster effective communication and engagement with employees.
  • Design innovative communication campaigns using various channels and tools to effectively reach our global audience, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
  • Tailor communication strategies to accommodate cultural sensitivities and language diversity, ensuring messages resonate with diverse employee segments.
  • Support and guide cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and drive initiatives to enhance our Employer Branding.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using feedback and metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
