What is the primary responsibility of the Global Investigator?
The primary responsibility of the Global Investigator is to manage complex and sensitive internal employee investigations of misconduct, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying, and retaliation cases.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates need a JD Degree from a law school (or equivalent) and an active Bar License. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions is also required, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in employment law practice.
Is there a requirement for language skills?
Yes, excellent English and German written and spoken communication skills are required for this position.
What kind of experience is preferable for candidates?
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling misconduct investigations, employee relations, and employment litigation, either in a law firm or in-house setting.
